The McNicol Homestead is a two-storey heritage-listed building built in 1878. The building retains most of its original features and is currently used as a museum by the Clevedon & Districts Historical Society.
Argon is carrying out renewal work to meet current building code compliance standards. The project includes seismic strengthening, asbestos removal, weatherproofing, internal and external maintenance, improved fire safety systems and better accessibility.
